This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Organize, develop, and continuously monitor the project, ensuring adherence to the initial programs and objectives.

• Manage projects from start to finish: estimation, initiation, planning, team coordination, progress tracking, financial oversight, and delivery assurance.

• Serve as a liaison between business and technology, ensuring governance, transparency, and disciplined execution.

• Communicate effectively with end users and clients.

• Identify issues, develop solutions, and recommend actions.

• Ensure the quality of the final products.

• Propose project milestone approvals to the client.

• Suggest the involvement of functional experts.

• Plan and organize user training.

• Participate in the presales phase of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in closed projects.

• Experience participating in the estimation and presales phase.

• Experience in financial project control and risk management.

• Experience working in multi-project/multi-client environments.

• C1 English level is essential.

• Experience working with agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Technical background or extensive knowledge in IT software development.
