Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of global enterprise platform implementations and enhancements for Supply Chain operations.

• Supervise third-party vendors and system integrators responsible for providing cloud-based solutions.

• Lead global rollout initiatives that encompass planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, and hypercare.

• Ensure adherence to GxP standards, CSV methodologies, and quality benchmarks.

• Coordinate among business, IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders across various regions and functions.

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance tasks.

• Facilitate steering committees and offer executive-level reporting.

• Assist with organizational change management and activities related to user adoption.

• Execute digital transformation projects for clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and animal health sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated sectors.

• Strong expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV) and the implementation of GxP-regulated systems.

• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, or other operational business areas.

• Experience in supporting Supply Chain Manufacturing is essential.

• Demonstrated experience managing vendors who implement cloud-based enterprise platforms.

• Proven track record of leading global platform deployments and rollouts across multiple locations and regions.

• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is required.

• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across both business and technical teams.

• Excellent communication, governance, and project delivery skills.

• A hands-on, execution-focused approach aimed at achieving project outcomes.

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, planning solutions, SaaS platforms, or supply chain applications is preferred.
