Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of global enterprise platform implementations and enhancements for Supply Chain operations.

• Supervise third-party vendors and system integrators in the delivery of cloud-based solutions.

• Lead global rollout efforts including planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, and hypercare support.

• Ensure adherence to GxP requirements, CSV methodologies, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with business, IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders across various regions and functions.

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance processes.

• Facilitate steering committees and deliver executive-level reports.

• Assist in organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated sectors.

• Comprehensive knowledge in Computer System Validation (CSV) and the delivery of GxP-regulated systems.

• Experience in supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, or other operational business functions.

• Experience in supporting Supply Chain Manufacturing is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing vendors implementing cloud-based enterprise platforms.

• Proven experience in leading global platform deployments and rollouts across various sites and regions.

• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or an equivalent project management certification is required.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities across both business and technical teams.

• Exceptional communication, governance, and project delivery skills.

• Hands-on, execution-focused approach with an emphasis on project outcomes.

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like SAP, planning solutions, SaaS platforms, or supply chain applications is preferable.
