Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of global enterprise platform implementations and enhancements for Supply Chain operations.

• Manage third-party vendors and system integrators that provide cloud-based solutions.

• Drive worldwide rollout initiatives including planning, testing, validation, training, deployment, and hypercare.

• Ensure adherence to GxP requirements, CSV methodologies, and quality benchmarks.

• Coordinate with business, IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders across various regions and functions.

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.

• Facilitate steering committees and deliver executive-level reporting.

• Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated sectors.

• Strong expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV) and the delivery of GxP-regulated systems.

• Experience in supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, or other operational business functions.

• Proven experience in managing vendors who implement cloud-based enterprise platforms.

• Experience leading global platform deployments and rollouts across multiple sites and regions.

• Possession of PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities across both business and technical teams.

• Strong communication, governance, and project delivery skills.

• A hands-on, execution-focused approach aimed at achieving project outcomes.

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, planning solutions, SaaS platforms, or supply chain applications is advantageous.

• Experience supporting Supply Chain Manufacturing is essential.
