Senior IT Project Manager – Application Rationalization Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee interdependencies, milestones, and deliverables across various program workstreams.

• Create and sustain integrated plans, dependency maps, and timelines that span multiple workstreams.

• Recognize conflicts, gaps, risks, and dependencies while driving resolution with the appropriate teams.

• Foster alignment among business, application, infrastructure, architecture, security, and other program stakeholders.

• Deliver structured status reports concerning dependencies, risks, issues, and necessary decisions.

• Assist with program governance, steering committees, and management reporting.

• Keep a comprehensive view of the Application Rationalization roadmap and ensure workstreams align with overall program goals.

• Manage a global Application Rationalization Program for a pharmaceutical organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within large-scale enterprise settings.

• Demonstrated experience serving as an Integration Lead, PMO Lead, or Senior IT PM overseeing multiple workstreams.

• Strong expertise in managing dependencies, milestones, risks, and integrated planning.

• Experience in complex IT transformations, application portfolios, infrastructure, or application rationalization initiatives.

• Familiarity with GxP documentation in regulated pharmaceutical settings.

• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across both technical and business teams.

• Outstanding coordination, communication, escalation, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Capacity to perform effectively within complex, global, and matrixed organizations.

• Practical, organized, proactive, and results-driven approach.
