Senior IT Project Manager – Application Rationalization Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee a comprehensive Application Rationalization Program within a pharmaceutical organization.

• Manage interdependencies, milestones, and deliverables across various program workstreams.

• Create and sustain integrated plans, dependency maps, and timelines that span multiple workstreams.

• Recognize conflicts, gaps, risks, and dependencies, and facilitate resolution with appropriate teams.

• Foster alignment among business units, applications, infrastructure, architecture, security, and other stakeholders.

• Deliver structured status reports that encompass dependencies, risks, issues, and necessary decisions.

• Assist in program governance, steering committees, and management reporting.

• Keep a comprehensive view of the Application Rationalization roadmap.

• Ensure that individual workstreams are in harmony with the overarching program objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in large-scale enterprise settings.

• Demonstrated experience as an Integration Lead, PMO Lead, or Senior IT Project Manager managing multiple workstreams.

• Strong expertise in managing dependencies, milestones, risks, and integrated planning.

• Experience with complex IT transformations, application portfolios, infrastructure, or application rationalization initiatives.

• Familiarity with GxP documentation in regulated pharmaceutical environments.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities across technical and business teams.

• Outstanding skills in coordination, communication, escalation, and conflict resolution.

• Capability to function effectively within complex, global, and matrixed organizations.

• A hands-on, structured, proactive, and results-driven approach.
