Senior IT Program Manager – Transformation Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee large-scale IT transformation projects, including SaaS deployments, legacy system upgrades, and digital modernization efforts.

• Manage comprehensive program governance, encompassing planning, execution, risk management, and budget control.

• Lead commercial platform transformation projects, focusing on CPQ, order management, and optimization of the order-to-cash process.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams in Business, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial sectors, and external partners.

• Direct carve-out and TSA-based migration processes.

• Ensure the effective separation and transition of systems, processes, and services.

• Handle communications with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and program reporting.

• Align technology roadmaps with business goals.

• Track program performance, dependencies, and risks while executing mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar program management certification is preferred.

• At least 8 years of program management experience in leading large-scale enterprise IT transformation efforts.

• Demonstrated success in executing SaaS implementations, legacy system modernization, and enterprise platform transformation projects.

• Extensive experience with CPQ, order management, commercial systems, and global system consolidation initiatives.

• Experience in managing carve-out, divestiture, TSA-based migrations, or IT separation projects.

• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, financial governance, vendor management, and risk management.

• Experience in global pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or other highly regulated sectors.

• Proficient in English with outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.
