Senior IT Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create detailed program plans, objectives, and strategies that align with the organization's goals.

• Oversee ERP implementations from initial scope and planning through to execution, go-live, and post-implementation support.

• Develop and manage program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and resource allocation.

• Assign project team members, internal contractors, and external technology integration vendors.

• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state processes for a multi-site manufacturing environment.

• Identify ERP process gaps and opportunities for increased automation and efficiency.

• Own the Technology Roadmap that supports the Business Transformation Roadmap.

• Collaborate with designated business leaders to sustain and evolve the technology strategy.

• Lead multiple projects within the technology transformation roadmap.

• Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, best practices, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

• Track progress and address issues across various facility rollouts.

• Direct User Acceptance Testing and system validation efforts.

• Build relationships with executive sponsors, plant managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding supply chain and manufacturing deliverables.

• Develop and implement strategies for change management.

• Facilitate organizational readiness and conduct user training sessions.

• Set up project reporting mechanisms.

• Prepare and present high-level status reports to senior management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of demonstrated experience as an IT Program Manager overseeing and delivering complex IT projects.

• Strong IT background with an understanding of manufacturing business processes, particularly Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Distribution, and related business applications.

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end ERP implementations; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in deploying systems and standardizing processes across a multi-site, potentially global, manufacturing organization.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with business analysis frameworks.

• Proficient in PM software/tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Understanding of the financial implications of supply chain operations.

• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to translate IT terminology for business stakeholders.

• Knowledge of regulated systems and compliance standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across various time zones and cultures.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• A Master’s degree, PMP, CBAP, or Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies and/or proven experience using AI tools is a strong advantage.
