📋 Description

• Oversee IT projects within the Data Domain from inception to completion.

• Manage the scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies of projects.

• Coordinate activities among Data, IT, business teams, and external vendors.

• Lead project meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of agreed-upon outcomes.

• Manage cross-functional dependencies across various workstreams.

• Support project governance, reporting, and communication of status updates.

• Identify project risks and obstacles, implementing mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that technical delivery aligns with business requirements.

• Assist with upcoming project demands across the broader Data portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and Business Intelligence projects from start to finish in complex global organizations.

• Practical project management experience involving requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment activities.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Reporting teams, and Business stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives, including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

• Familiarity with enterprise reporting and analytics.

• Experience in the Pharma industry is essential.

• Candidates must reside in Europe and possess the legal right to work in their country of residence.

• Availability for full-time commitment.
