This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee IT projects within the Data Domain from inception to completion

• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies

• Coordinate efforts among Data, IT, business teams, and external vendors

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders

• Monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of agreed outcomes

• Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams

• Support project governance, reporting, and communication of status updates

• Identify risks and obstacles within projects and drive mitigation strategies

• Ensure that technical delivery aligns with business requirements

• Assist in managing upcoming project demands across the broader Data portfolio

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to data platforms, data management, integrations, and transformation efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and Business Intelligence projects from start to finish in complex global organizations

• Hands-on approach to project management with active participation in requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment activities

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Reporting teams, and Business stakeholders

• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory/compliance requirements

• Proven capability to manage the end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives, including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management

• Familiarity with enterprise reporting and analytics

• A results-oriented mindset

• Experience in the Pharma industry is essential

• Candidates must reside in Europe

• Legal authorization to work in their country of residence
