This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors, and technical teams to establish business and system requirements.
• Evaluate current processes and identify enhancements for future states.
• Lead sessions for gathering requirements and conducting stakeholder workshops.
• Develop business requirements, process maps, user stories, data mappings, and related documentation.
• Analyze and verify data to facilitate implementation activities.
• Document integrations, dependencies, and business rules.
• Assist in system configuration and discussions regarding solution design.
• Create test scenarios, test cases, and validation plans.
• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Monitor, prioritize, and aid in defect resolution efforts.
• Support data migration and reconciliation tasks.
• Prepare implementation documentation, training materials, and operational support resources.
• Work collaboratively across functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management or Payroll Transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 6 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or in a similar role involving hands-on data analysis and requirements definition.
• Experience in supporting enterprise system implementations and collaborating with third-party vendors.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and system integrations.
• Experience in coordinating testing efforts, including UAT, defect triage, and validation activities.
• For CLM roles: Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, business process redesign, workflow optimization, process standardization, vendor-led software implementations, contract/legal operations/procurement/compliance processes, requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, organizational change, and solution adoption.
• For Payroll roles: Experience with payroll system implementations, payroll and compensation processes, Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, data validation and reconciliation, payroll controls, audit requirements, advanced Excel and SQL analysis, parallel testing, and defect management.
• Specific to Payroll: Knowledge of payroll, compensation, HCM, or healthcare payroll processes; advanced SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with SOX or other audit-controlled processes.
• Payroll certification (FPC or CPP) is a bonus.
• Business analysis certification (CBAP or PMI-PBA) is an advantage.
• Full-time remote contract position.
• Contract expected to last at least 6 months, with the potential for extension.
• Contract duration may be adjusted or extended based on business needs and project requirements.
