Senior IT Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 for Finance and Controlling processes, which encompasses third-party application integrations, project planning, execution, testing, training, and providing end-user support.

• Work closely with Business Units and IT departments to create and maintain a roadmap for transitioning legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4 using the Central Finance approach and associated data.

• Collect and document business requirements for SAP Finance and Controlling, converting them into technical specifications.

• Examine legacy ERP data, pinpoint data quality issues, establish data mapping and migration strategies, and facilitate SAP S/4 integrations with other systems.

• Specify and implement reporting and analytics using SAP S/4 embedded analytics, SAC, and Belden business intelligence frameworks.

• Formulate and carry out testing and quality assurance plans that assess system performance, data integrity, and comprehensive process testing.

• Implement change management strategies that include training programs, communication plans, and user adoption initiatives.

• Partner with sales, customer service, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, IT units, and third-party systems to ensure alignment of technology strategies with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

• A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.

• Over 8 years of IT experience, with a focus on technology solutions for FICO functions.

• Practical experience with various SAP S/4 FICO core modules utilizing Fiori as the front end.

• Extensive understanding of SAP Finance processes, including Controlling, Cost & Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Material Ledger, Variant Configuration, and integration with SD/MM/PP modules.

• General knowledge of General Ledger with Central Finance integration, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Indirect Taxes, Credit Management, Cash Application, Electronic Bank Statement, and Tax Engine integrations.

• Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4 implementation within Finance and Controlling, covering project planning, data migration, system configuration, and user training.

• Familiarity with legacy ERP systems and the migration process to SAP S/4, particularly regarding manufacturing system integrations.

• Strong understanding of cloud-based IT solutions and emerging technologies pertinent to Finance and SAP S/4.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for collaborating with and influencing stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Proficiency in SAP S/4 FI, CO, CCA, PCA, COPC, and ML, along with robust integration skills in SD/MM/PP.

• Preferred experience in GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Banking, Taxes, Central Finance, High Radius, and Vertex.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• SAP FI/CO or other relevant IT certifications such as ITIL or PMP are advantageous.
