Senior Investigator, Payment Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of investigator payments, which includes verification, processing, and reconciliation of payment transactions.

• Work in collaboration with clinical trial teams and finance departments to guarantee precise and prompt payments in line with study agreements and regulatory standards.

• Keep comprehensive financial records and documentation related to investigator payments, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

• Address payment-related issues or discrepancies by conducting investigations, analyses, and implementing corrective measures.

• Offer support and guidance to investigators and stakeholders on payment procedures, timelines, and documentation requirements.

• Provide mentorship to colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Relevant certifications or experience in clinical trial payments are considered a plus.

• Extensive background in financial management or payment processing, ideally within the clinical research or healthcare industry.

• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate payment processes, with a keen focus on detail and precision in financial transactions.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with experience in effectively addressing payment issues and discrepancies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding support to stakeholders.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.

• Experience in pricing and investigator payments.

• Ability to work autonomously and guide others.
