📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of investigator payments, which includes verification, processing, and reconciliation of payment transactions.

• Work closely with clinical trial teams and finance departments to guarantee accurate and timely payments in line with study agreements and regulatory standards.

• Keep meticulous financial records and documentation regarding investigator payments, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

• Address payment-related issues or discrepancies by investigating, analyzing, and executing corrective measures.

• Offer support and guidance to investigators and stakeholders on payment procedures, timelines, and documentation needs.

• Provide mentorship to colleagues while independently managing pricing and investigator payments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Relevant certifications or experience in clinical trial payments are a plus.

• Significant experience in financial management or payment processing, ideally within the clinical research or healthcare industry.

• Demonstrated capability to handle complex payment processes, with a keen attention to detail and precision in financial transactions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a background in effectively resolving payment issues and discrepancies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing outstanding support to stakeholders.

• Legal authorization to work in Australia.
