This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Inform investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, flags determined by the sponsor, and test cancellations in accordance with the Statement of Work.
• Oversee, monitor, and resolve accession holds while notifying the Supervisor and associated Project Manager of any delays.
• Update databases with relevant information and inform personnel of any additional testing requirements.
• Provide assistance to sites and sponsors by addressing project-related inquiries via phone and email.
• Comply with management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support the implementation of global processes and procedures.
• Monitor and report metrics within the established timelines.
• Document and address service failures, escalating unresolved issues to management.
• Serve as a liaison for both internal and external clients.
• Communicate the needs of investigator sites during discussions on policies and procedures.
• Prioritize patient safety and swiftly address and escalate safety concerns.
• Investigate the needs of investigators prior to implementing new processes and procedures.
• High school diploma.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Self-driven with excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with the capacity to work independently.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and distractions while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Availability to work from 10 AM to 7 PM CET or other hours as needed.
