Investigator Contract Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee the cost efficiency of site contracting (CSA, CRC), ensure contract integrity, and maintain financial governance at the site level.

• Implement standard procedures for site contracting, which include the review and execution of CSA, CRC, and ICD.

• Create site budgets that comply with Fair Market Value (FMV) guidelines.

• Engage in basic legal negotiations and cost discussions with sites.

• Ensure alignment of contracts with client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and legal templates.

• Collaborate with Clinical Trial Management (CTM), Legal, and the study team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in law is essential.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• Minimum of over 3 years of experience in Clinical Trial Site Contracting is required.

• Strong communication skills, along with proficiency in writing and PowerPoint presentations.
