Investigator Contract Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee standard site contracting procedures, including the review and execution of CSA / CRC / ICD.

• Create site budgets that comply with Fair Market Value (FMV) standards.

• Engage in fundamental legal and cost negotiations with sites.

• Ensure compliance with client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and legal templates.

• Collaborate with Clinical Trial Managers (CTM), Legal, and the study team.

• Enhance the effectiveness of site contracting, uphold contract integrity, and maintain site financial governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Law.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Clinical Trial Site Contracting.

• Exceptional communication skills, along with proficiency in writing and PowerPoint presentations.
