Global Investigator – Triage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial line of operational defense by processing incoming complaint data within a crypto disruption pipeline.

• Verify outputs generated by the AI investigation platform.

• Direct cases into investigative pipelines that lead to the freezing of scam proceeds and the seizure of assets.

• Assess complaint outcomes, which may include freezes, takedowns, recovery handoffs, drafting legal processes, notifying victims, or closing cases.

• Validate and route numerous complaint outcomes weekly.

• Recognize false positives, consolidated syndicates, and incorrectly classified scam patterns.

• Enhance complaint selectors by utilizing over forty commercial data-source integrations.

• Ensure seamless shift transitions for continuous operations.

• Provide coverage during EMEA hours while team members in other regions are offline.

• Respond swiftly to surges in complaints and live takedown incidents.

• Continuously update knowledge on emerging patterns in crypto-related crimes.

• Engage in a structured weekly on-call rotation for hacks, law enforcement assistance, and other urgent matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in investigative or analytical roles within either the private or public sector.

• 1–3 years of relevant investigative or analytical experience is acceptable.

• Proficient in AI tools and comfortable utilizing them as a daily collaborator.

• Ability to discern when AI outputs are inaccurate.

• Eagerness and capability to enhance blockchain analysis expertise.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Availability to work standard business hours in the local time zone.

• Open to participating in a formal weekly on-call rotation, which may include occasional weekend shifts.

• Capable of coordinating with global colleagues for time-sensitive transitions.
