This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage the complete recruiting process for international business roles in Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other areas.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends, candidate evaluation, sourcing strategies, and approaches for closing candidates.
• Develop and implement focused sourcing strategies across EMEA and other global regions.
• Create regional talent maps that identify high-performing companies, competitor talent, referral networks, and specialized candidate communities.
• Foster an outstanding candidate experience that reflects TRM’s talent standards, mission, and operating principles.
• Utilize data, market insights, and funnel conversion metrics to assess search effectiveness and enhance recruiting strategies.
• Lead calibration sessions, provide structured feedback, and ensure timely hiring decisions.
• Enhance international recruiting processes, including intake quality, scorecard alignment, sourcing strategies, debrief rigor, and offer management.
• Collaborate with Talent, People, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on international hiring matters.
• Coordinate intake meetings, open positions in the ATS, post job descriptions, design interview processes, and set up interview plans within 72 hours.
• Conduct 5–10 recruiter screenings and the first hiring-team calibration meeting within the first week of a position being opened.
• Evaluate pass rates and conversions two weeks after initial interviews, provide recommendations, and adjust the search process until the position is filled.
• Collaborate asynchronously via Slack, documentation, proactive updates, and regular hiring and sourcing meetings.
• Over 5 years of recruiting experience supporting international business hiring in high-growth technology firms.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and various business functions.
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA talent markets.
• Experience in market mapping, talent intelligence, engaging passive candidates, candidate assessment, and closing candidates.
• Ability to comprehend complex business roles across GTM, compliance, marketing, operations, and other functions.
• Proficiency in interpreting recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, market data, and candidate pipeline quality.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership, persistence, and judgment.
• Capability to operate effectively in a remote, globally distributed setting.
• Significant overlap with EMEA and U.S. business hours.
• Minimum of 4 hours of overlap with PST business hours.
