This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, encompassing procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, and Revenue teams to introduce benefits in new EMEA markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers throughout EMEA.
• Negotiate terms, assess plan options, and ensure value for both clients and employees.
• Monitor benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets.
• Leverage benefits insights to guide plan design decisions and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Provide reports on the overall health of the benefits portfolio.
• Increase ownership of benefits program operating cadence, cross-functional coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design.
• Develop an operating system for managing international benefits on a large scale.
• Act as the benefits representative in country expansion planning and client-facing discussions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success teams to integrate benefits decisions into the international strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in international benefits, with extensive knowledge of EMEA markets, including the UK, EU, and emerging markets.
• Proven experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design in a multi-country context.
• A successful history of supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of EMEA regulatory environments concerning employee benefits and statutory obligations.
• Experience managing relationships with brokers and carriers, including RFPs, renewals, and contract negotiations.
• Proficient in analyzing benefits data, including enrollment, utilization, and costs, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in program or project management, including process development, defining cadences, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from the ground up.
