This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Manage the entire benefits lifecycle for EMEA regions, encompassing procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee assistance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, and Revenue teams to introduce benefits in new EMEA markets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers throughout EMEA.
• Negotiate terms, assess plan options, and guarantee value for both clients and employees.
• Monitor benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets.
• Leverage benefits data insights to guide plan design and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Report on the overall health of the benefits portfolio.
• Gradually take on greater responsibility for program operating cadence, cross-functional coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design.
• Contribute to the development of the operating system for managing international benefits at scale.
• Act as the benefits representative in country expansion planning and discussions with clients.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in international benefits, with extensive knowledge of EMEA markets (UK, EU, and expansion regions).
• Proven experience in benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design within a multi-country setting.
• A successful history of supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets.
• In-depth understanding of EMEA regulatory environments concerning employee benefits and statutory obligations.
• Experience in managing broker and carrier relationships, including RFPs, renewals, and contract negotiations.
• Capability to analyze benefits data, such as enrollment, utilization, and cost, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in program or project management, involving process development, cadence definition, and stakeholder coordination.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building initiatives from the ground up.
