This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the complete benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, which includes procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support.
• Act as the regional authority, ensuring that benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and relevant to local markets.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, and Revenue teams to introduce benefits in new EMEA markets.
• Assist in the benefits components for 12 anticipated new-country launches in FY27.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers throughout EMEA.
• Negotiate terms, assess plan options, and guarantee value for clients and employees.
• Monitor benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets.
• Leverage data insights to guide plan design, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and report on portfolio health.
• Assume increasing responsibility for the operational cadence of the benefits program, which includes coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design.
• Develop scalable processes for managing international benefits.
• Incorporate benefits decisions into the larger international strategy.
• Represent benefits in country expansion planning and discussions with clients.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in international benefits, with extensive knowledge of EMEA markets (UK, EU, and emerging markets).
• Proficient in benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design within a multi-country context.
• Proven experience in supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets.
• Strong comprehension of EMEA regulatory frameworks pertaining to employee benefits and statutory obligations.
• Experience managing relationships with brokers and carriers, including RFPs, renewals, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to analyze benefits data, including enrollment, utilization, and cost, and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Background in program or project management, including process development, defining rhythms, and coordinating various stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building initiatives from the ground up.
• Excellent communication skills across different time zones and cultures.
