Senior Internal Communications Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies for internal communications and associated activities across various channels.

• Engage and inform both internal and external audiences about the company's mission, vision, goals, culture, and advancements.

• Enhance the overall employee experience.

• Create and execute internal communications strategies that align with the company's emphasis on dual eligibles, complex populations, and Medicare Advantage.

• Define and steer the strategic direction for designated training channels.

• Identify training requirements and ensure prompt delivery.

• Update stakeholders on project status through executive summaries and presentations.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to fulfill stakeholder expectations and achieve company objectives.

• Assess and improve the effectiveness of training and communication channels.

• Develop content plans specific to each channel that support organizational goals and strategic priorities.

• Monitor and report on KPIs for internal communications channels and adjust strategies based on insights.

• Provide guidance to internal teams and clients on best practices and strategies for training and communications.

• Oversee multiple projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, scheduling, resource management, execution, deployment, and closure.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing is required.

• Preference given to candidates with experience in regulatory communication, analysis, and training.

• A Master's Degree is preferred.
