Senior Analyst, Strategy – Program Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze trends in the market, competitors, payers, regulations, and oncology care delivery.

• Evaluate the performance of oncology products and identify areas of improvement in relation to market demands, client insights, and business goals.

• Assist in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of the Oncology strategy, roadmap, and strategic initiatives.

• Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for leadership reviews and strategic decision-making processes.

• Evaluate and prioritize new oncology programs through market research, business case analysis, and pilot planning.

• Conduct analyses to inform build/buy/partner recommendations.

• Maintain program documentation in line with oncology value frameworks, strategic priorities, and product architecture.

• Support the design of pilots, establish success metrics, track performance, and conduct go/no-go evaluations.

• Develop recommendations and transition materials for programs advancing to scaled implementation.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills.

• Ability to engage in constructive dialogue with senior leadership.

• Capability to build strong relationships.

• Proven problem-solving skills and creativity.

• Demonstrated time-management abilities and attention to detail.

• Access to high-speed internet (over 10 Mbps) at home.

• Government-issued photo ID required for identity verification.

• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
