Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional program support services for Efficiency Maine.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, customers, installers, and internal cross-functional teams.

• Convey intricate concepts clearly and effectively in both written and verbal communication to a variety of audiences.

• Oversee multiple priorities through effective project and time management.

• Monitor program budgets, objectives, and resource allocation.

• Prepare, analyze, and assess reports and data to evaluate performance and progress.

• Assist in implementing Efficiency Maine’s Mobile Home Initiative, which includes mobile home heat pump upgrades with rebates, loans, marketing, technical support, and outreach to stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with CLEAResult team members, Efficiency Maine staff, registered installers, and program participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing position.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.

• Relevant background in residential energy efficiency programs.

• If applicable, fulfill all DOT qualification criteria and adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.

• Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment checks.
