
Senior Integrated Campaigns Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Spearhead the creation of integrated campaign strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, product initiatives, and revenue goals.
• Establish campaign themes, audience segmentation based on accounts and personas, offers, and comprehensive activation plans across the funnel.
• Develop campaign briefs that encompass messaging, channel mix, KPIs, performance objectives, and testing hypotheses.
• Utilize AI for campaign research, message crafting, audience synthesis, brief development, personalization, analysis, and optimization, ensuring validation and quality control are applied.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Events, Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to execute coordinated go-to-market strategies.
• Design and implement both 1:many and 1:few ABM campaigns targeting priority accounts and segments.
• Manage campaign activation across various channels including email, paid media, nurture flows, landing pages, association programs, webinars, and virtual roundtables.
• Oversee content distribution planning, aligning campaign content needs, timelines, and production requirements.
• Leverage and repurpose customer stories, guides, research reports, blogs, videos, and other owned assets.
• Handle the end-to-end management of webinar and virtual roundtable programming, including promotion, speaker coordination, run-of-show, production timelines, post-event nurturing, and content repurposing.
• Optimize landing pages, forms, nurture sequences, CTAs, and lifecycle flows to enhance conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
• Establish and take ownership of KPIs including MQLs, account engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
• Analyze outcomes, optimize ongoing campaigns, and implement structured testing methodologies.
• Ensure accurate attribution and performance reporting in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
• Work with Product Marketing on product and feature launches, translating go-to-market priorities into ABM-ready strategies.
• Communicate campaign plans, schedules, and performance insights to Sales, Marketing, and Executive stakeholders.
• Conduct campaign retrospectives, sharing successes, lessons learned, and effective AI-assisted workflows throughout the organization.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading integrated B2B marketing campaigns (SaaS preferred), demonstrating a successful track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact.
• A versatile 360° marketer capable of translating business priorities into comprehensive campaign strategies and executing them across multiple channels.
• Ability to operate with urgency in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and ongoing optimization in the market.
• Data-driven and accountable for performance, with experience managing KPIs such as engaged accounts, MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and revenue contributions.
• Proven experience in applying AI within daily marketing operations or a strong history of proactively experimenting with new AI tools to achieve measurable improvements in workflows.
• Systems-oriented individual who develops scalable campaign frameworks and utilizes AI and automation to enhance speed, repeatability, and efficiency.
• Demonstrated good judgment in the responsible application of AI, including knowing when to rely on automation, when to validate outputs, and when human review is necessary.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience partnering across Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Events, and Operations.
• Experience supporting account-based marketing initiatives (1:many/1:few) and collaborating with Sales on account prioritization and follow-up.
• Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, and relevant ABM tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, and UserGems.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Participation in E-Verify and authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
