Senior Instructor – Chillers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct live classroom and web-based training sessions, both synchronously and asynchronously.

• Tailor instructional and facilitation methods to suit the audience, content, and technology used.

• Lead advanced-level learning in various areas of expertise.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, products, and processes.

• Act as a subject matter expert in the creation of educational materials utilizing the Learning & Development Process.

• Set up appropriate learning environments, which include facilities, audiovisual and technical equipment, web access, and handouts.

• Evaluate the outcomes of technical training, including participant feedback, learning retention, and demonstrated competencies.

• Offer constructive feedback to participants.

• Consistently enhance delivery and coaching capabilities, integrating new knowledge-sharing technologies.

• Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver learning solutions within budget and on schedule.

• Maintain and upgrade laboratory equipment and training computers.

• Instruct on the technical curriculum for York chillers and work alongside instructional designers and learning experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, more than five years of experience with York chillers.

• Experience in performing operational checks, monitoring operations, troubleshooting, and the startup of York chillers.

• Ideally, more than five years of experience in operating and troubleshooting chiller equipment.

• Experience in training, coaching, or teaching is highly desirable.

• Excellent writing, communication, and facilitation abilities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Education, or a related discipline.

• Capability to comprehend and convey the theoretical and practical functions, applications, and operations of chiller equipment and components.

• Ability to work collaboratively with instructional designers, learning professionals, product managers, program managers, and stakeholders.
