Senior Instructional Designer/Developer - SAP MM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop training materials for end-users focused on purchasing, receiving, returns, consignment, cycle counts, and scrap management.

• Address processes related to inventory management and extended warehouse management.

• Transform project documentation, test scripts, and specifications into comprehensive guides and job aids.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance the drafting and refinement of content.

• Design exercises, practice data, and assessment questions.

• Collaborate with global subject matter experts from India, Singapore, the UK, and the US.

• Provide support to super users and site functional leads during their onboarding phase.

• Deliver a complete training suite for MM/EWM on time.

• Empower warehouse and purchasing teams to operate confidently post go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating end-user training for SAP S/4HANA materials management, inventory, or warehouse processes.

• Familiarity with purchasing, receiving, returns, consignment, or cycle count processes.

• Proficient in authoring content using SAP Enable Now or Datango.

• Experience employing AI tools to develop training guides and job aids.

• Capability to create exercises, data sets, and assessments.

• Availability to work early Eastern time hours with international teams.

• SAP EWM experience is a plus.

• Exposure to quality or lab inspection processes is advantageous.

• Background in refurbishment, repair, or MRO is a plus.

• Experience in enabling super users is preferred.

• Technical skills required: SAP S/4HANA (MM, IM, EWM, QM), SAP Enable Now or Datango, AI content tools, and integrated manufacturing and document systems.
