Senior Instructional Designer – Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop end-user training materials derived from process documentation, test scripts, functional specifications, and technical specifications.

• Create comprehensive classroom guides and job aids utilizing AI tools.

• Design exercises, practice datasets, and assessment questions.

• Collaborate with global subject matter experts in India, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

• Assist in the onboarding of site functional leads and super users.

• Partner with production owners, technical consultants, and other training developers.

• Ensure content remains up-to-date as the solution evolves.

• Deliver a complete set of OBC training materials on time.

• Empower super users and site leads to conduct training with minimal revisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating end-user training for SAP S/4HANA.

• Familiarity with sales, service management, shipping, billing, warranty, or contract processes.

• Proficient in authoring using SAP Enable Now or Datango.

• Experience leveraging AI tools for developing training guides and job aids.

• Capability to design exercises, datasets, and assessments.

• Comfort in collaborating with global SMEs, with availability for early Eastern time hours.

• Experience with serialized or repair/MRO processes (preferred).

• Familiarity with in-app guidance tools (preferred).

• Experience in enabling super users or site functional leads (preferred).

• Background in aerospace or manufacturing (preferred).

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Enable Now or Datango, in-app guidance tools, AI content tools, integrated manufacturing, pricing, and document management systems.
