Senior Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality training and certification materials for independent agents serving Liveops' contact center clients.

• Participate in all phases of the ADDIE process.

• Design, implement, and oversee learning and certification initiatives.

• Manage specific educational programs and deliver impactful learning experiences punctually.

• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and subject matter experts to devise accurate learning solutions that align with business objectives.

• Facilitate meetings to analyze data, address challenges, and boost agent performance.

• Create and produce instructional content across various formats that align with learning goals.

• Oversee learning programs across multiple industries and comprehensive agent training.

• Utilize project management skills to fulfill deliverables, handle client feedback, and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Develop interactive learning content for agent training related to client services.

• Evaluate performance data to refine educational materials and meet KPIs.

• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions.

• Implement assessment strategies to evaluate and enhance curriculum effectiveness.

• Mentor instructional designers in design and project management practices.

• Assist L&D management with special initiatives and support new client certifications.

• Stay informed about industry trends and engage in professional development activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, or an advanced certification in Instructional Design or Project Management, or equivalent professional experience in Instructional Design and/or program management.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing training curricula and relevant program components, including product, behavioral, and systems training.

• 1–2 years of experience in project and/or program management is preferred.

• Proven ability to write effectively for learners, peers, and leadership.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.

• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

• A strong portfolio showcasing learning materials that reflect a variety of development strategies and improved educational outcomes.

• Capability to design interactive simulations of client systems using eLearning software.

• Ability to create assessment tools, analyze data, and enhance outcomes and metrics.

• Competence in establishing deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Skill in planning, leading, and participating in virtual meetings in a distraction-free setting.

• A passion for continuous learning, mentoring, collaboration, and developing skills in Instructional Design.
