Senior Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize data tools to deliver reporting and insights that will enhance the company's objectives.

• Evaluate business performance data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders across various departments.

• Create, sustain, and improve dashboards, scorecards, and regular reports to monitor KPIs related to new product development and business initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect business requirements and convert them into reporting and analytics solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platforms and data sources.

• Assist in the development of executive-level presentations and reporting materials.

• Generate and manage weekly and monthly brand reports to aid partnership teams in understanding trends.

• Oversee ad-hoc analysis requests and prioritize competing projects based on their business impact.

• Detect trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and effectively communicate findings in clear narratives and recommendations.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to address market and competitive inquiries.

• Address ad-hoc requests and projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Over 4 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.

• Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.

• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across functional areas.

• Self-motivated individual capable of driving projects from initiation to completion.

• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and key projects based on team and business needs.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly and concisely.
