This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Collect, analyze, and authenticate business requirements from stakeholders.

• Lead workshops and discussions to uncover solutions and enhancements.

• Develop functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users throughout project execution.

• Assist in UAT/SIT testing procedures.

• Ensure that solutions align with business needs and organizational goals.

• Aid in deployment and post-implementation tasks.

• Foster stakeholder relationships and engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Contribute to initiatives related to ERP, EPM, reporting, cloud transformation, Power BI, finance, and emerging technologies.

• Collaborate with seasoned Business Analysts, Solution Engineers, and subject matter experts throughout the solution lifecycle.

• An English CV is mandatory for application submission.

• Experience with ERP, SAP, Oracle, EPM, or finance processes is advantageous.

• Candidates should be prepared to work on-site during their initial months, particularly those with less experience as an IT Business Analyst.
