This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Support pre-sales initiatives for opportunities in the UK and EMEA regions, concentrating on Graphic Communications products.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to meet the designated regional revenue targets.
• Acquire knowledge of current and forthcoming ERP products and technologies to deliver precise sales assistance.
• Gain insights into competing or complementary offerings from other manufacturers.
• Liaise with Account Executives concerning technical needs throughout the sales process.
• Aid in evaluating potential clients for suitable solutions.
• Explain, demonstrate, and showcase products through webinars, group sessions, and one-on-one interactions.
• Provide technical answers to RFP and tender inquiries.
• Maintain professional relationships with key users, influencers, and decision-makers during the pre-sales phase.
• Assist Account Executive efforts, including customer workshops, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Deliver comprehensive product training for Account Executives.
• Accurately and promptly report activities and concerns to CAI management.
• Travel to client sites approximately 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering or Product Marketing Management.
• Capability to showcase, customize, and demonstrate MIS applications.
• Proficiency in creating and tailoring client-facing PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in communicating across all organizational levels.
• Experience in conducting training activities.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time within the UK and EMEA.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively with minimal guidance.
• Expertise in demonstrating products in pre-sales environments.
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in English, Spanish, French, and German, is highly desirable.
