Senior Implementation Specialist, Digital Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate client needs and convert business and analytics use cases into effective tracking and implementation strategies.

• Create and document tracking strategies, data models, and data-layer specifications, ensuring alignment with clients and developers.

• Collaborate with tag management systems to implement both tracking and third-party tags.

• Guarantee scalable data collection processes.

• Conduct technical tests, debugging, and data validation tasks.

• Systematically assess data discrepancies.

• Take into account consent management, data protection, and technical limitations during solution design.

• Work alongside digital analysts, data engineers, and project managers.

• Serve as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Share insights within the team and contribute to the refinement of standards, best practices, and procedures.

• Assist with tool selection, architectural choices, migrations, and technical enablement for clients based on project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in digital analytics, web analytics, tracking, or MarTech implementation.

• Proficient knowledge of at least one tag management system.

• Experience in designing and implementing data layers and tracking strategies.

• Strong technical understanding of web technologies, especially JavaScript.

• Background in testing and data validation for analytics implementations.

• Awareness of consent management, data protection, and the technical ramifications for tracking.

• Capability to clearly articulate technical subjects to various stakeholders.

• Structured, analytical, and quality-oriented approach to work.

• Motivation to take ownership and execute technical tasks independently.

• Ability to rapidly familiarize oneself with new technologies and configurations.
