This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive project management for intricate, high-impact strategic partnership implementations, defining delivery strategies, governance, milestones, and pathways for launch.
• Act as the main implementation liaison and reliable delivery collaborator between Spring Health and partner teams.
• Convert commercial partnerships into collaborative operating frameworks that include roles, handoffs, decision-making rights, communication schedules, escalation pathways, launch criteria, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to validate requirements, design solutions, establish acceptance criteria, identify dependencies, and set expectations for change control.
• Facilitate data integrations, technical dependencies, testing, issue resolution, and technical preparedness alongside the Technical Implementation Manager.
• Oversee integrated project plans and interrelated business, operational, and technical workstreams across both entities.
• Summarize status updates, decisions, dependencies, and risks for delivery teams and senior executives.
• Proactively identify launch risks, clarify responsibilities, make timely decisions with limited information, and drive mitigation and escalation until resolution is achieved.
• Tailor implementation strategies to various partner models and develop scalable operating frameworks, playbooks, templates, and governance standards.
• Leverage data, automation, and AI-driven practices to enhance portfolio visibility, execution quality, decision-making, and scalability.
• Ensure timely launches of strategic partnerships with designated owners, clear governance, validated dependencies, and smooth transitions to steady-state ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, strategic project or program management, professional services, partner operations, or a related field, including independently managing complex cross-functional launches.
• Proven experience in onboarding and operationalizing strategic partnerships, encompassing integration, referral, reseller, payer or carrier, wellbeing rewards, channel, or other ecosystem partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to translate commercial agreements and solution designs into collaborative operating frameworks, implementation plans, governance, standard operating procedures, and scalable playbooks.
• Proficient in coordinating business and technical workstreams with solutions engineering, technical implementation, product, engineering, operations, commercial, and partner stakeholders.
• Advanced expertise with customer relationship management and project management tools such as Salesforce and Rocketlane.
• Proven track record of utilizing data, automation, or AI to enhance execution and decision-making processes.
• Strong analytical, listening, facilitation, and executive communication capabilities.
• Ability to identify root causes, assess trade-offs, and clarify ambiguity into actionable recommendations and decisions.
• Capacity to influence senior stakeholders across multiple organizations and establish accountability without formal authority.
• Sound judgment in ambiguous or evolving circumstances.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, humility, resourcefulness, ambition, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
• Commitment to transforming mental healthcare and removing barriers to access.
