Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee client-facing implementation activities for the Trio platform in both MSP and SaaS client environments.

• Take charge of the implementation process from the initial setup through to the go-live phase.

• Manage timelines for implementation, deliverables, and set client expectations.

• Customize workflows, system configurations, and platform components tailored to client requirements.

• Conduct client onboarding sessions, provide platform training, and facilitate demos and walkthroughs for knowledge transfer.

• Advise clients on platform functionalities, workflows, and industry best practices.

• Assist clients during the go-live phase and the initial stages of adoption.

• Organize discovery sessions to grasp client needs, workflows, and business objectives.

• Convert client requirements into system configurations and implementation strategies.

• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities throughout the implementation process.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay client requirements and feedback.

• Work in conjunction with Sales, Account Management, and Program Management teams.

• Coordinate internal resources and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Validate system configurations, track progress, address blockers, and ensure quality delivery.

• Enhance implementation workflows, tools, processes, practices, and playbooks.

• Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the Trio platform and assist with internal enablement initiatives.

• Foster relationships with client stakeholders to support successful onboarding and adoption outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Essential: High School Diploma or GED.

• 5–7 years of experience in implementation, operations, or client onboarding.

• Proven track record in leading client-facing software or platform implementations.

• Experience in delivering client training, demonstrations, or onboarding sessions.

• Strong capability to convert business requirements into system configurations.

• Experience in managing implementation timelines and deliverables effectively.

• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams.

• Willingness to travel 10–25% for client implementations, go-live support, and training sessions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows, documentation, and efficiency.

• Preference for candidates in the Central time zone; Mountain time zone candidates will also be considered.

• Access to an airport for occasional client travel.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Preferred: PMP certification or willingness to obtain PMP within 12 months.

• Preferred experience in MSP, SaaS, or workforce solutions environments.

• Preferred experience managing complex or multi-stakeholder implementations.

• Preferred experience with workflow configuration, system setup, or operational tools.

• Preferred experience in supporting client adoption and change management processes.

• Preferred experience utilizing AI tools to enhance implementation efficiency and client enablement.
