This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning, installation, configuration, testing, conversion, and deployment of CSI's NuPoint core banking solutions and associated technologies.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated implementation projects.
• Engage with bank leadership, end users, vendors, core providers, and internal CSI teams.
• Organize implementation activities, project milestones, customer expectations, resources, and escalations.
• Collect and document customer requirements and project details.
• Acquire, download, transfer, and distribute customer data files using FTP and other secure file transfer methods.
• Monitor conversion deliverables and assist in conversion planning, execution, and validation.
• Set up test-bank environments and configure users, permissions, and system access.
• Install, configure, and provide support for NuPoint software and related applications.
• Help with hardware, workstation, and peripheral installations at customer sites.
• Diagnose workstation, application, connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
• Conduct first-level issue triage and facilitate resolution with technical teams, customer IT departments, and vendors.
• Support customers during testing, conversion weekends, go-live, hyper-care, and transition activities.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users and customer stakeholders.
• Keep implementation documentation, configuration records, testing results, project notes, runbooks, and knowledge base materials up to date.
• Ensure successful transitions to CSI support teams after the completion of implementations.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT, technical support, implementation, help desk, desktop support, systems administration, or a related field.
• An associate degree, technical certification, trade-school education, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A customer-service orientation with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• General understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking principles.
• Experience in installing, configuring, or supporting software applications and end-user systems.
• Knowledge of file transfers, FTP concepts, and basic technical file management.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project-coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn new technologies, products, and implementation processes quickly.
• Willingness and capability to travel approximately 40-50% of the time.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Background in core banking implementation or conversion.
• Familiarity with NuPoint.
• Experience in supporting software implementations or technology deployments.
• Customer-facing experience in implementation, training, or consulting.
• Knowledge of data conversion, testing, and go-live activities.
• Experience collaborating with managed-service providers, infrastructure teams, or customer IT organizations.
