Customer Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical onboarding process for leading enterprise retailers and direct-to-consumer brands.

• Offer consultative support for the integration of Narvar’s solutions, enhancing product value and ensuring customer success.

• Convert customer business requirements and Narvar product knowledge into technical specifications.

• Design and validate solutions utilizing APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

• Collaborate with both internal and external technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Produce documentation, streamline processes, and create internal tools and training programs for the global Professional Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in enterprise-level software projects as a technical lead.

• Practical experience with web technologies including APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Proficient in JavaScript or similar programming languages.

• Strong capability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

• Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities.

• Familiarity with iPaaS, retail and e-commerce platforms, order management systems (OMS), inventory management, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics is advantageous.
