Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Implementation Strategists.

• Take ownership of team metrics, such as go-lives, CSAT, and time to go-live.

• Directly assist clients throughout the implementation process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

• Allocate accounts and oversee workload distribution within the team.

• Enhance procedures and processes to boost operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Product teams throughout the client lifecycle.

• Contribute to the development and expansion of the Implementation team, including strategic initiatives.

• Achieve company-aligned objectives related to measurable implementation results.

• Demonstrated experience in managing large teams focused on volume-based metrics.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of retail platforms.

• Strong client-facing abilities, with a talent for building trust and nurturing client relationships.

• Proven leadership skills with a history of developing, inspiring, and motivating teams.

• Capacity to communicate effectively and empathetically, fostering trust and maintaining open, respectful feedback channels with internal teams and clients.

• Analytical, structured thinking with a foundational approach to problem-solving, emphasizing rapid process improvement to achieve critical outcomes.
