Lead Implementation Consultant – Brightflag

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Guide large-scale enterprise customers through end-to-end implementations, catering to complex organizational structures, multi-entity requirements, and substantial matters and spend.

• Serve as the trusted advisor for customers throughout the implementation process.

• Manage multiple enterprise implementations concurrently, prioritizing tasks, addressing risks, and handling escalations.

• Gain a deep understanding of customer business and technical needs, converting them into actionable implementation plans.

• Configure the Brightflag platform, setting up approval workflows, billing guidelines, reporting frameworks, and security specifications.

• Formulate and oversee data migration strategies for large and intricate datasets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure precise and timely execution of data migrations.

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to address feature requests and integrate with matter management, ERP, and SSO systems.

• Work alongside the Customer Success Manager to define what implementation success looks like and foster long-term customer relationships.

• Ensure that enterprise requirements are fulfilled and set for ongoing growth, adoption, and satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of direct experience in a customer-facing implementation role within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proficient in resolving complex technical and business challenges while effectively communicating requirements to both technical teams and non-technical customer stakeholders.

• Knowledgeable in data ETL, migration processes, SQL, RESTful APIs, OAuth, and various software/web technologies.

• Exceptional project management abilities, including planning and risk management across multiple concurrent projects.

• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira.

• Capacity to handle several complex projects at once.

• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.

• Analytical mindset for gathering requirements effectively.

• A curious nature coupled with a problem-solving attitude.

• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.

• Bonus points for domain expertise in legal management or legal operations.

• Experience within the legal or regulatory SaaS space is advantageous.

• Candidates should be located on the West Coast, US.

• Work permit sponsorship or self-sponsorship is not available.
