This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take full ownership of client implementations from the point of Sales handoff through to kickoff, SFTP and claims data setup, configuration, launch readiness, go-live, and transition to Client Success.
• Effectively manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and ensure launch readiness independently.
• Set up SFTP access and client configurations, verify claims file receipt, and conduct initial file validation.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team on pipeline enablement, troubleshooting ingestion failures, and advanced issues.
• Oversee implementations for physician groups and manage complex rollouts within health systems.
• Facilitate kickoffs, working sessions, status updates, and all client communications.
• Establish time-to-value timelines and proactively address any blockers that could impact launch schedules.
• Organize training sessions and readiness evaluations while documenting configuration, data requirements, outstanding items, and key contacts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success to address dependencies effectively.
• Recognize recurring issues, suggest process enhancements, update documentation, and implement the agreed-upon changes.
• Work alongside the Implementation Lead on complex health system strategies while independently managing daily delivery.
• Assist in automating manual implementation processes.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, solutions delivery, or project management with direct responsibility for client engagements.
• Experience in a startup or similarly dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability to changing processes and priorities.
• Proficient in SFTP file transfers, implementation configurations, and initial data or file validation.
• Proven ability to independently handle multiple implementations, lead client discussions, foresee potential issues, and ensure follow-through.
• Strong, professional communication skills and sound judgment in managing client expectations, coordinating stakeholders, and elevating risks when necessary.
• Passion for serving as an individual contributor within an early-stage team.
• Experience in implementing technology or operational solutions tailored for healthcare clients.
• Involvement in health system implementations that engage IT, revenue cycle, and finance stakeholders.
• Experience working with provider organizations or revenue cycle partners.
• Familiarity with EHR integrations (e.g., Epic) and engaging in technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Understanding of 835/837 claims data formats or processes within healthcare reimbursement workflows.
• Background in enhancing implementation documentation, templates, or workflows, including contributions to automation projects.
• Proficient in tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Metabase, BigQuery, SQL, or AI productivity platforms.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
