Senior Implementation Consultant, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical deployment and enablement of 1Password's product suite for large, strategically significant enterprise clients.

• Take ownership of hands-on configuration, integration, validation, and rollout of the Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Device Trust, and Unified Access as available.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager on timelines, dependencies, and internal coordination while being responsible for technical delivery and customer enablement.

• Work alongside Technical Account Managers and Solutions Architects on customer environments, architecture, and implementation methodologies.

• Create deployment strategies and training plans tailored to customer-specific security postures, business objectives, and workflows.

• Provide advanced, customized virtual training sessions for enterprise administrators and end-users.

• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, converting technical concepts into tangible business value.

• Manage escalated implementation scenarios and effectively de-escalate issues with clients and internal teams.

• Identify and mitigate implementation risks while executing resolution strategies.

• Stay updated on product enhancements, features, and integrations, sharing knowledge with the broader team.

• Develop implementation playbooks, training curricula, configuration guides, deployment frameworks, and enablement materials.

• Mentor Implementation Managers and junior team members.

• Propose and implement improvements to team practices, processes, documentation, and the customer journey.

• Create AI-powered workflows, automation, and tools to enhance delivery and reduce customer time-to-value.

• Contribute to the growth strategy of the Implementations function.

• Occasionally represent 1Password at client meetings, industry events, or team offsites; some travel may be required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.

• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

• Over 6 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, customer onboarding, or a similar B2B SaaS role.

• Proven experience leading enterprise software deployments for large, complex, or strategically vital organizations.

• Advanced technical knowledge in deploying SaaS products within enterprise environments.

• Extensive understanding of identity providers (IdPs), SSO, SCIM, Active Directory, MDM, device trust, and Zero Trust security frameworks.

• Expert knowledge of business cases for enterprise security, IT operations, and SaaS governance tools.

• Capability to manage complex, high-visibility enterprise engagements with conflicting priorities.

• Skill in designing and delivering advanced virtual training and enablement programs for enterprise clients.

• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

• Excellent judgment in identifying and resolving technical issues, leading de-escalation efforts, and driving outcomes independently.

• A builder's mindset towards AI, including creating AI tools, workflows, solutions, and automation.

• Experience in mentoring and coaching colleagues and junior team members.

• Familiarity with SCIM, AD/LDAP, CLI, SSO, BYOD, MDM, SaaS discovery, and device posture concepts.

• Knowledge of 1Password or enterprise-scale identity and access management, password management, device trust, or SaaS management solutions is a plus.
