Client Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the comprehensive implementation of program launches and expansions for clients of Virtual Peaker.

• Act as a key escalation contact during the implementation phase, fostering reliable relationships.

• Oversee and mentor a team of implementation personnel, establishing clear expectations and providing constructive feedback.

• Enhance implementation methodologies and documentation practices.

• Be accountable for implementation KPIs.

• Spearhead the launch of new programs and products with Virtual Peaker clients.

• Ensure programs and products are delivered accurately, punctually, and with smooth transitions.

• Undertake additional relevant duties as assigned that support the success of Virtual Peaker.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software implementation, SaaS onboarding, or technical project management.

• Proven experience in program development and management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology setting.

• Knowledge of utilities, clean energy, and grid modernization challenges, including Distributed Energy Resources (DERs).

• Excellent organizational skills, encompassing project management, process design, and cross-departmental coordination.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• A focused, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.

• Strong emotional intelligence and comfort with uncertainty.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
