Data Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire data migration process, collaborating closely with clients to guarantee the accurate migration and transformation of data for successful implementation.

• Facilitate communication and teamwork among data teams, deployment strategies, engineering, product management, and other relevant parties.

• Recognize and execute enhancements in processes throughout the development lifecycle.

• Update stakeholders on program status, potential risks, and interdependencies.

• Diagnose obstacles and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues impacting program delivery.

• Establish success metrics, monitor progress, and offer data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Project Manager in a fast-paced, complex software development setting.

• Demonstrated success in executing large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives.

• Strong comprehension of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with various agile methodologies.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proactive in identifying and addressing risks.

• Ability to excel in a fast-moving, evolving startup atmosphere.

• Previous experience in a fintech team is advantageous, though not mandatory.
