Senior Implementation Consultant, Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Maintain regular engagement with customers throughout the implementation process, from the sales handoff to value realization.

• Develop implementation plans that outline customer objectives and the necessary activities to achieve them.

• Conduct frequent onboarding reviews, monitor progress, and adjust plans as required.

• Foster relationships with customer champions and enhance their knowledge of the Fieldguide platform.

• Facilitate connections between customers and Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.

• Internally convey customer requirements to shape the product roadmap, internal processes, and future onboarding iterations.

• Recognize risks to implementation success and formulate action plans to address them.

• Document customer value through case studies, new use cases, and performance metrics.

• Monitor customer progress against adoption maps and assess value realization over time.

• Deliver the Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding program to new clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and review of audit methodology/workpapers.

• At least 4 years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a related field at a prestigious management consulting firm or a high-growth startup.

• Strong consulting abilities to assist complex organizations in achieving success and driving business value as a trusted advisor.

• Proficient in project management with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple customers, projects, and requests with minimal oversight.

• Capability to professionally address problems while managing several customers simultaneously.

• Executive presence with the ability to influence change effectively.

• Proven ability to communicate efficiently with customers and internal teams.

• Proactive approach and ownership of projects from start to finish with limited guidance.

• Experience working as a practitioner in an audit, advisory, or CPA firm.
