Senior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical discovery and design of solutions during the final stages of sales engagements for key clients.

• Create intricate implementation plans and ensure smooth transitions to delivery and support teams.

• Take ownership of the technical implementation and enhancement of high-impact client projects.

• Act as the main technical point of contact for advanced software, product data feeds, API integration, and FTP-related issues.

• Provide expert-level training and consultation on the platform to client stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams.

• Mentor and guide junior Client Success Engineers.

• Propel improvements in cross-functional processes, workflows, and client engagement.

• Create webinars, videos, documentation, and additional technical enablement resources.

• Utilize AI for planning implementations, preparing client documentation, conducting troubleshooting research, and generating enablement content.

• Convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Represent client requirements in product feedback cycles.

• Manage high-risk client situations and ensure proactive resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing technical role within SaaS, particularly focusing on onboarding or solution engineering for enterprise clients.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Extensive experience with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP protocols.

• Advanced knowledge of REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting techniques.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and HTML.

• Proven ability to handle multiple complex client projects at the same time.

• Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and prioritization abilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated capacity to document processes and develop technical enablement materials.

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude.

• Up to 10% travel may be required.
