This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +19 more locations.
• Collaborate with a project team to provide enQuesta CIS solutions and additional value-added services to both new and existing clients.
• Conduct analysis and documentation of business process requirements.
• Configure systems utilizing workflow and business rules.
• Execute testing, implementation, training, and support tasks.
• Convert customer requirements into actionable solution deliverables.
• Identify and comprehend client business requirements and apply them within the project scope.
• Partner with data conversion specialists to manage legacy data transitions.
• Facilitate training for end users through remote and classroom-led sessions.
• Gain an understanding of software functionality and capabilities, and submit enhancement requests to Product Development when necessary.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Data Conversion Specialists, Quality Assurance, Technical Support Analysts, and other Implementation Specialists.
• Offer CIS subject matter expertise and consulting services for project teams involved in implementations, upgrades, and quotations.
• Engage in discovery sessions to outline current-state and future-state processes and generate relevant documentation.
• Assist in data mapping and validation processes.
• Draft and implement software testing aligned with best practices and customer specifications.
• Create training materials and provide training to end users.
• Act as a customer advocate and facilitate communication between internal departments.
• Support customers during testing phases, production implementations, and post-launch activities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen is advantageous.
• Proficiency in electric rate configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance within a CIS billing system.
• Experience with MDM systems with a focus on billable read workflows.
• Excellent customer service skills along with strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills; capable of quickly and effectively assessing information to make independent conclusions.
• Proven ability to listen to and interpret requirements, recommend solutions, and lead or participate in business process analysis sessions with clients.
• Detail-oriented and committed to meeting expectations.
• Positive, proactive, and action-oriented mindset and approach.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
• Familiar with, or committed to learning, intermediate SQL commands/statements.
• Knowledge of standard UNIX/SSH and FTP commands for interface file manipulation.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot is a plus.
• Must possess a current, valid passport.
• Legally eligible for international travel, including passport-based visa exemptions or necessary travel visas for Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
