This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +19 more locations.
• Collaborate with a project team to implement enQuesta CIS solutions and provide value-added services to both new and existing clients.
• Conduct analysis and documentation of business process requirements.
• Configure systems through workflows and business rules.
• Execute software testing, implementation, training, and support activities.
• Convert customer requirements into actionable solution deliverables.
• Work alongside data conversion specialists for the transition of legacy data.
• Educate end users through remote and classroom-based training sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software functionality and submit enhancement requests when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Data Conversion Specialists, Quality Assurance, Technical Support Analysts, and Implementation Specialists.
• Offer CIS subject matter expertise and consultancy for customer implementations, upgrades, and proposals.
• Engage in client discovery sessions to document both current and future-state processes.
• Assist in data mapping and validation efforts.
• Create and execute software testing plans based on best practices and customer specifications.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training for end users.
• Act as a customer advocate and enhance communication with internal teams.
• Support customers during testing, production implementation, and post-implementation phases.
• Travel approximately 75% as required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen is advantageous.
• Proven experience with electric rate configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance within a CIS billing system.
• Familiarity with MDM systems, specifically concerning billable read workflows.
• Strong customer service and oral/written communication abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; capable of independently assessing information to reach swift and effective conclusions.
• Ability to listen to and interpret requirements, suggest solutions, and lead or partake in business process analysis sessions with clients.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting expectations.
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
• Competent in managing numerous tasks simultaneously, exhibiting outstanding organizational skills.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn intermediate SQL commands/statements.
• Familiarity with standard UNIX/SSH and FTP commands for interface file manipulation.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot is a plus.
• Must possess a valid passport and legal eligibility for international travel, including necessary visa exemptions or travel visas for Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
