This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +19 more locations.
• Collaborate with a project team to implement enQuesta CIS solutions and deliver value-added services to both new and existing clients.
• Conduct analysis and documentation of business process requirements.
• Configure systems through workflows and business rules.
• Execute testing, implementation, training, and support activities.
• Convert customer requirements into actionable solution deliverables.
• Define and comprehend client business needs and apply this information within the project's scope.
• Partner with data conversion experts on the transition of legacy data.
• Provide training to end-users through both remote and in-person sessions.
• Gain an understanding of software functionalities and capabilities, and submit enhancement requests when necessary.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Data Conversion Specialists, Quality Assurance, Technical Support Analysts, and Implementation Specialists.
• Offer CIS subject matter expertise and consulting for customer implementations, upgrades, and quotations.
• Engage in discovery sessions and document both current-state and future-state processes.
• Assist with data mapping and validation tasks.
• Create and execute software testing plans based on best practices and customer requirements.
• Develop training materials and provide training for end-users.
• Act as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with internal teams.
• Offer support during customer testing, the production implementation phase, and beyond.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen is advantageous.
• Proficiency in electric rate configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance within a CIS billing system.
• Experience with MDM systems, focusing on billable read workflows.
• Outstanding customer service and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities; capacity to interpret information and make informed, independent decisions swiftly.
• Ability to listen, interpret requirements, propose solutions, and engage in business process analysis sessions with customers.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting expectations.
• A positive, proactive, and action-oriented mindset and approach.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively, showcasing strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with, or a commitment to learning, intermediate SQL commands/statements.
• Understanding of standard UNIX/SSH and FTP commands for interface file manipulation.
• Experience working with AI technologies such as Claude or Copilot is a plus.
• A current, valid passport.
• Legally eligible for international travel, including passport-based visa exemptions or necessary travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
