Senior ICAM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, configure, and sustain Radiant Logic RadiantOne FID/VDS instances within hybrid environments, both on-premises and in the cloud.

• Develop, oversee, and enhance unified identity views, object mapping, schema extensions, and entitlement aggregation models.

• Connect, merge, translate, and synthesize identity data from Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP directories, relational databases, web services/APIs, and flat files.

• Create and manage advanced mapping, join logic, cascading rules, computed attributes, and real-time synchronization pipelines.

• Implement dynamic context and attribute feeds for Policy Decision Points and Policy Enforcement Points.

• Carry out load balancing, context caching, indexing optimization, cluster synchronization, and performance tuning.

• Oversee platform upgrades, version migrations, cluster health assessments, backup/disaster recovery processes, and STIG-compliant security hardening.

• Act as the senior technical escalation point for synchronization failures, identity resolution edge cases, schema inconsistencies, and directory performance issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.

• A minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM).

• At least three (3) years focused on hands-on engineering and administration of Radiant Logic RadiantOne (FID/VDS) platforms.

• Active Secret clearance is required.

• Active IAT Level II Baseline Certification as per DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140, such as CompTIA Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, CCNA Security, CISSP, or CASP+.

• Extensive knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and REST/SOAP web services.

• Practical experience in designing complex joins, user unions, auto-generated attributes, and hierarchy transformations in Radiant Logic.

• Working knowledge of relational database structures and SQL query languages, including SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, and Python.

• Experience in supporting Federal ICAM (FICAM), DoD ICAM, or enterprise Zero Trust Architecture implementations.

• Experience integrating Radiant Logic with IGA platforms, Access Managers, or PAM solutions.

• Valid US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
